There is 7 step involved in patient safety first to build a safety culture, second to lead and support the staff, third to integrate risk management activity, fourth to promote reporting, the fifth to involve and communicates with the patient. Sixth is learning and sharing safety lessons, seventh is implementing solutions to prevent harm.
