Nutrition is about eating a healthy and balance diet food and drink provide energy and nutrient you need to be healthy. In a simple term nutrition is a mode of taking food by organism and utilised by the body which further result into the composition of energy. 

You must be think why we need to do have a week regarding nutrition that is because today youth , just for maintain their health used to do dieting but they forgot that how it affects the body nutrition , mostly people used to skip morning meal which is the core part of whole day , and which resulted into the lack of nutrition and low immunity.

Disease case in today time is at peak and no matter what nutrition is also a reason behind. National nutrition week is observed any every year from September 1 to September 7 in a bit rays awareness about importance of nutrition for human body and how we can take adequate and timely measured to eradicate hunger and Mallik Richmond everyone required of proper nutrient where are sometime at the time of pregnancy women needs more and more nutrient but sometimes for sake of their on weight the use to avoid the factor of Nutrition. 

An adequate nutrition is necessary for all even it is a fundamental cornerstone of any individual health and specially critical for women because inadequate Nutrition wreak Havoc not only on women on health but also on the health of their children iron is the essential nutrient especially when girl begin to mensural during childhood calcium is the important nutrient for growth of the bone being Bajra dog green leafy vegetable or resource of iron milk she is paneer and yogurt are good source of calcium but the question is how many people use to take this in current time usually people emphasized on fast food which is a biggest concern for all. 

A nutrition week is just like to make all aware that is how body can run without Nutrition as today people Just ignore the nutrition factor and focused upon today life. 

Theme for this year regarding National nutrition we is that celebrate a world of labour which encourage people to have healthy lifestyle while enjoying the flavour of food National nutrition be celebrated in first week of September to educate public UN importance of Nutrition rich die in one and three children below 5 year of age in India are stunt and underweight due to malnutrition this week is reminder to take necessary step for nutritious mail and healthy eating habit and nutritious one from chronic illness and leave them to work the happy and long life in India few people obese because of improper nutrition in diet. 

This week raise awareness among people about the value of healthy eating practices and proper nutrition for UP holding our healthy lifestyle this week long program is conducted by food and nutrition board of India under the ages of ministry of women and child development it motivate and take care of their own nutrition health, it was first observed in India in 1982 when Government of India begin address to inform its people and motivate them on how to live a long and healthy life.

National nutrition weak is celebrated with the unique thing and theme for the year is celebrate a world of labour and nutritious type hold key to health in current stressful world it is increasing the important to focus on right food which game adequate nutrition and maintain level of energy in body.

Obesity is becoming a major issue in urban India on the other hand there is very serious problem of hunger and malnutrition men that is affecting larger part of population especially in rural areas according to global hunger health index report 2021 India rank 101 among all 116 countries. 

Mal nutrition refers to deficiency access or imbalance in person in take of nutrient which includes under nutrition vitamin or mineral deficiency overweight obesity and diet related non communicable disease eating fluid overweight affects most 15% women and 12% man in India.
