1. The Nun 2
The Nun 2 is the sequel to the horror hit ‘The Nun’ (2018) and the ninth installment in The Conjuring Universe franchise. It has been Directed by Michael Chaves. The story is given by James Wan and Akela Cooper. The Producers of this film are James Wan, Peter Safran, and Judson Scott. Bonnie Aarons will return as Valak, aka the titular nun.
Storm Reid will be seen in a lead role. Taissa Farmiga will also be back in the habit and is set to return as Sister Irene, whom we last saw fighting Balak at Saint Cartha’s Monastery in Romania. Anna Popplewell and Katelyn Rose Downey will also be seen as co-actors in the movie.
The release date of the film is September 8, 2023. As of now, the plotline for the film is still kept under wraps.
2. Guardians of the Galaxy Volume 3
It is the sequel to the superhero film series Guardians of the galaxy. In this movie, the guardians are supposed to protect the universe and defend one of their own. The story is written and directed by James Gunn. The producer of the film is Kevin Feige. It is a Marvel film starring.
Chris Pratt, Zoe Saldaña, Dave Bautista, Karen Gillan, Pom Klementieff, Vin Diesel, Bradley Cooper, Will Poulter, Elizabeth Debicki, Sylvester StalloneSean Gunn, Maria Bakalova, and Chukwudi Iwuji. The film will be released on May 5, 2023.
The threequel has surpassed The Grinch for “the most makeup appliances created for a single production and already had made a new world record.
Specific plot details haven’t been disclosed yet but James Gunn said that it will be the “epic conclusion to its prequel The guardians of the galaxy (2014).
3. Mission: Impossible – Dead Reckoning Part One
Mission Impossible – Dead Reckoning part one is the sequel to Mission: Impossible -Fallout (2018). It is an American Action spy movie which is written and directed by Christopher McQuarrie. It is the seventh installment in the Mission Impossible film series. The producers of the film are Tom Cruise and Christopher McQuarrie.
The film stars Tom Cruise, Ving Rhames, Simon Pegg, Rebecca Ferguson, Vanessa Kirby, Hayley Atwell, Shea Whigham, Pom Klementieff, Esai Morales, Rob Delaney, Henry Czerny, and Cary Elwes.
Henry Czerny is returning as Eugene Kittridge who is the former director of the IMF who last appeared in Mission Impossible (1996).
Angela Bassett is expected to again be in her role as CIA director Erika Sloane from Mission Important -Fallout. The film’s Primary Villain will be played by Esai Morales.
It is expected to be available at American theaters on 14 July 2023.
4. Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom
It is an upcoming American superhero movie that is a sequel to Aquaman(2018).
It is produced by DC studios, Atomic monster production, and Safran Company. It is the 15th film in the DC extended universe series(DCEU).
The film is directed by James Wan. The story is by David Leslie Johnson-McGoldrick. The film stars Jason Momos, Amber Heard, Willem Dafoe, Patrick Wilson, Dolph Lundgren, Yahya Abdul-Mateen, Temuera Morrison, and Nicole Kidman.
It will be released on Dec 25, 2023.
The only story that has been disclosed yet is that Aquaman, in order to save Atlantis and the rest of the planet, puts in the effort and forms an uneasy alliance with an unlikely ally.
Yahya Abdul-Mateen will play the negative role of David Kane/Black Manta who is a ruthless pirate who seeks revenge from Aquaman for his father’s death.
5. Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse.
It is the sequel to Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse. It is an upcoming American Computer-animated superhero film whose directors are Joaquin Dos Santos, Kemo Powers, and Justin K. Thompson. Their directorial debut made this film come into the limelight.
The story is written by Phil Lord, Christopher Miller, and David Callaham.
The film stars Shameik Moore, Jason Schwartzman, Jake Johnson, Hailee Steinfeld, Issa Rae, Daniel Kaluuya, Brian Tyree Henry, Luna Lauren Velez, Greta Lee, Rachel Dratch, Korma Taccone, Shea Whigham, and Oscar Isaac.

In this movie our featured marvel comics character Miles Morales goes on an adventure to the multiverse with his new team called Spider Force.
The makers released a trailer it gives an insight into the spider man himself being a villain of the story. Though the trailer shows the possibility of Spider man’s villainous character, the makers haven’t revealed any information regarding this.
A third film that is Spider-Man: Beyond the Spider-Verse is scheduled to be released on March 24, 2024, which will be its sequel.
