MTV Roadies Season 18

The reality show MTV Roadies I aimed at teens. MTV India airs it, and it debuted in 2003. The show is also available online through Voot.

In this reality show, a group of contestants travel to various places and engage in a variety of activities that test their social, physical, and mental toughness.

Raghu Ram, Rajiv Lakshman, and RJ Amit were the show’s creators. 2014 saw them leave the programme. They told the media that they had done enough to spread awareness of the programme and that they wanted to provide possibilities for the next generation to continue the programme. It has been ongoing for 17 years, making it one of India’s longest-running reality programmes.

There are eliminations, votes in, votes out, and game-changing shocks along the way. Ultimately, the person who makes it through vote-outs and wins the finals is declared the winner. With young people, the show has had some popularity. “Roadies contains travel, action, and drama,” the executive producer responded when asked about the programme.

MTV Roadies Season 14 Judges

1. Rannvijay Singha

Indian actor, television personality, and VJ Rannvijay Singh Singha. Rannvijay is well-known for participating in and winning the MTV Roadies competition. From 2004 to 2020, he participated in the programme, first as a gang leader and then as a host. He also took the stage for the auditions for Roadies Revolution and Shortcut to Hell, which ran from 8 to 18. In the film Toss: A Flip of Destiny, he made his Bollywood debut (2009). In addition, Rannvijay appeared in the 2009 films London Dreams and Action Replay (2010). In the 2011 Punjabi film Dharti, starring Jimmy Shergill, Singha made his film debut.

2. Karan Kundra

Indian actor Karan Kundrra was born on October 11, 1984. In addition to hosting the reality series MTV Roadies, MTV Love School, and Dance Deewane Juniors, he has appeared in a number of TV episodes, including Kitani Mohabbat Hai, Kitani Mohabbat Hai 2, Yeh Kahan Aa Gaye Hum, Dil Hi Toh Hai, and Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai. Kundra has also appeared in the movies 1921 and Mubarakan. He competed in Bigg Boss 15 in 2021 and placed as the second runner-up. In 2022, he served as a jailor in Lock Upp. He served as the show’s host.

3. Neha Dhupia

On August 27, 1980, Neha Bedi (née Dhupia), an Indian actress and model, was born. Though she has acted in some Punjabi, Telugu, and Malayalam films, she usually appears in Hindi movies. She won the Femina Miss India pageant and finished in the top 10 of the 2002 Miss Universe competition. She has also been one of MTV Roadies’ senior executives since Season 14.

4. Nikhil Chinapa

Nikhil Chinapa, an Indian DJ, host, and festival curator, is usually credited for bringing EDM to the youth of his nation. He is frequently referred to as the Father of Indian Dance Music due to his countless efforts to alter how dance music is seen across the Indian Subcontinent. Since the late 1990s, he has worked with MTV India, and he has been in Splitsvilla and Roadies, among other TV shows. He had a significant role in the development of the Sunburn Festival’s music scene and promoted DJing as a profession.

5. Harbhajan Singh

Harbhajan Singh, a member of parliament from India and a former cricketer who represented his country from 1998 to 2016, was born on July 3, 1980. The spin bowler with a right arm, Singh. He played for the Punjab cricket team in Indian domestic cricket as well as the Mumbai Indians, Chennai Super Kings, and Kolkata Knight Riders franchises in the IPL.

6. Prince Narula

On November 24, 1990, Prince Narula, an Indian model and actor, was born. Although he has also appeared in fiction serials, reality television is where he is best known for his work.
