Why can we say freely that women are free? Is that so? The saddening reality is NO! We cannot say that even in Amrit Kaal our sister, mother, and daughter’s houses are not safe.
Today case of acid attack, rape case, molestation, and dowry is at their peak and one thing is common which is patriarchal subjugation. Bilkis Bano case is itself controversial what led Muslim women to fight for the rights of Bilkis Bano and what is this case all about?
The time of Godhra kand
This case was around the time of Godhra kand where a Hindu laid train part set on fired and Hindu got burnt, later on, it resulted into the disbalance in society and communal riots where Bilkis Bano with her 9-year daughter ran away from the place and some people thrashed her 9-year-old child, she was pregnant that time and she raped by those people brutally and they killed her family members as well and ran away from the place, Bilkis Bano to regain her dignity file a case in court against those people and they got convicted. You must be thinking why I am highlighting the 1990’s decades, Because those 11 people were evicted and it becomes a matter of debate and concern because on their remission they have been welcome by garlands how can a rapist and murderer could be welcome with garlands? Isn’t it become a matter of concern?
Univ rape case and Nirbhaya rape case are hilarious, even at present time, even after a long time of independence we cannot see women wander in the night?
In contemporary times, there is a case happened in which a man name sharaq threw acid on a girl because she refused his proposal. What is happening in our society?
Why nobody is getting that woman No means strictly no. the power dynamic in the relationship results in divorce, harassment, domestic violence, etc. For example why the government needs to bring marital rape to the forefront just because the consent of both partners matters which provides equality at the ground level which never has been discussed before. India still facing the gender equality issue and it will take time to vanish just because of the mental state of people we also have been seen the changing nature of the State but not properly transformed.
It is not about Delhi but in any sphere of India why women are not safe?
Females’ foeticide can be observed, death due to dowry is a common issue, and rape which is unjustified why is becoming the common issue?
Kerala high court claim that Rape is justified if women will have provocative clothes? So what is the definition of provocative clothes? Then the supreme court bring Changes to this statement and scrap this provocative cloth judgment but how it could be done even for a while?
Where is the women’s unit where is women’s safety? People need to understand women’s role and contribution to society, even if you can see women in every sphere, as drivers, fighters, pilots, players, administrators, IAS, and as presidents as well. But why lower, Middle, or common women are not safe yet?
Women should implement some harsh laws regarding women’s safety and impose panalty on rapists. I believe seeds are sawn from the house so the first step or initiative must be taken from the house and man need to understand the meaning of a NO.

A hostel work environment is a general form of sexual harassment derogatory remarks on female work, gender discrimination, and present complement body shaping, sharing pornography material is spreading rumors about person life rape or attempt another common issue in contemporary India.
Ways for women’s safety?
Women security can assure or insure through sexual harassment policy were a big or small organisation must have sexual harassment policy which include a sexual harassment egg its form zero-tolerance approach educate on inappropriate conduct and outline consequences there is need to create awareness and also need to encourage women to express because the female employee need to express and come out from their discomfort and try to boosting their confidence by implementing the equal opportunity for both male and female the sense of equality will make them fight the social there is need to have a internal complaint committee on the women safety like the sexual harassment of women at workplace prevention prohibition and readers like 2013 has made internal complaint committee which is compulsory for both private and non private for women safety on sexual harassment there is need to conduct some programs related to self defence for women and also there is need to imparting the sexual education among the youth.
