Manish Sisodia Jailed in Money Laundering

On February 27, 2023, Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia was arrested by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) on charges of corruption related to the formulation and implementation of the now-defunct Delhi Excise Directive for 2021–2022.
