Ashadhi Ekadashi is a Religious Festival: Celebrated in Maharashtra

The eleventh moonlight day really (Ekadashi) of much of the brilliant fortnight ago (Shukla paksha) of either the Hindu months of Azhadha, however, is Shayani Ekadashi, alternatively recognized, called Maha-Ekadashi (June – July). Pandharpur Ashadi Ekadasi Waari Pilgrimage, a massive pilgrimage renowned as the Pandharpur Ashadi Ekadasi Waari Pilgrimage, concludes nowadays in Pandharpur, in the Solapur region of southern Bombay, mostly on the riverbank of the Chandrabhaga Creek.
